In what appears to be retaliation for the reporting and personal interviews of the men and women of Thompson Falls, Montana over concerns of the City Council, one outspoken opponent of the establishment who was interviewed by this news outlet has been punished for speaking out, and claims her property was trespassed upon and her fence removed unlawfully by the Thompson Falls Police Chief.
Tamara Shear is a disabled, outspoken woman who has voiced her concerns numerous times to City Council members during their monthly meetings. Some examples of her activism can be seen in the images below.

As stated previously, Shear was one of the women who sat down for an interview with NorthWest Liberty News last week. The interviews can be seen below. Shear was the last person interviewed before the City Council meeting began, in which Shear also participated in and can be seen commenting later in the video.

Not long after the above captioned video and companion article was released, it appears that the City Council took action via the Thompson Falls Police Chief who allegedly trespassed on Shear’s property and unlawfully removed a fence that she had approval to erect.. The video of the harrowing encounter can be accessed below.
In response the the City Council’s reaction, Thompson Falls taxpayer Kristen Wing had the following to say:
The onslaught of bullying and harassment over this disputed fence issue has been designed to push her to a point of extreme emotional, physical and mental distress. – Kristen Wing, Thompson Falls Taxpayer
